Dr. Simon Sheard, DO is board-certified in Family Medicine. His goal is to develop long-lasting partnerships with patients in order to optimize health outcomes. He feels the best care occurs through preventative care and shared decision-making. Dr. Sheard also manages acute issues such as illness or injury, as well as long-term management of chronic conditions.  He particularly enjoys caring for families including children, adults, and the elderly.

Dr. Kiana Ruch, NMD graduated from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. She is passionate about helping patients reach their health goals using Naturopathic principles and a whole-person approach to care. Dr. Ruch manages hormonal concerns related to aging utilizing diet, lifestyle, botanical medicine, and bioidentical hormones if needed. She has a passion for sports medicine and keeping patients active and brings expertise in Regenerative Medicine, utilizing cutting-edge therapies like Prolotherapy, and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP).
